Ok, I got a new comp. it is a Gateway LX anyway I'm still getting all my crap back on it, and I noticed that when I'm on the internet all the pictures are super pixalated. It is annoying as all hell. I had this problem before on other computers but I forget how to fix it. I need to write it down. Anywho, it is happening on both internet explorer and Firefox. Both are the latest updates. I'm using windows vista but all the pics off the internet are fine looking so I don't think that is the problem. If one of y'all comp. knowledgeables can help that would be great. Thanks!!!
If you can, post a screenshot of what you're talking about. That will help me diagnose the problem more easily.

To take a screenshot hit prtscrn (or print screen, or prnt scrn, its different on every keyboard it seems, but its up next to scroll lock and pause/break) and then open paint and go to edit->paste. Save the image and upload.
print scrn doesn't do anything. Nothing pops up, nothing gets saved, nothing. Edit: Never mind I figured it out.

I can describe it though. one thing is My avi don't move, nether does my kitty in my sig. Ace, your Avi. is very flat and undefined. With the shading being very squarish and not smooth. Does that help?
Well, my first thought is that either something is compressing your images before they get to you (some ISPs do this to save bandwidth) or something is up with the drivers, but let me think on this for a bit.

EDIT: I just noticed that you're using PeoplePC for your ISP. Are you running the accelerator stuff? This software would compress the images in order to make things load faster. If you are running it, try disabling it to see if that works. If that is the cause, but you want to continue using the accelerator, there may be an option to turn off image compression within the program itself, but I can't say for sure not having used it.

EDIT2: In case anyone runs across this again, it was the accelerator compressing the images. Talked her through it via IMs.
